The Experience
We are a popular group of super-central hostels and bars. We just took over a 35 room pool party hostel with amazing artwork in most rooms. But, a few rooms still need some color and love, and there's always a blank patch somewhere that could have art! So we're looking for ANY style of art to create your own signature room or wall. And if you want to help us during Full Moon Party, just let us know and we'll work it out! :)

This volunteer work is very lively, and I recommend it especially for extroverted people because it is a lot of fun. For those who are not very extroverted, it is also a good opportunity to train social skills and interact with people. I also recommend trying to talk to the local team, because they are really nice once you get to know them. The time I spent with the hostel at the festival was a memorable and very positive experience.

This was my first worldpackers experience so I didn't go into it expecting much. This is a great experience if you're looking for a social experience. I met the most wonderful outgoing people while I stayed, the staff are very friendly and want to get to know you and hangout. The workload is very light and it's made to be fun! I would definitely recommend staying here if you're social and enjoy a good time :)

Volunteering at WET was a great time. I loved meeting and becoming friends with the other volunteers. The work is really easy, and you only work during the week of the full moon, so the other three weeks I worked remotely, and explored the island. There is plenty of time to party after work. I definitely would recommend this experience to anyone who likes to party with a the hostel of new friends. Loren is a very kind host, and super helpful with anything you ask for! I definitely would return to this experience, or even has a friend to visit if I am ever back on Koh Phangan.

The work is pretty straight forward, pretty much just socialize with guests and promote the hostel's parties around town. Your experience is really going to come down to whether you like the parties on the island, which is mostly techno and rave music. Not really for me. The hostel staff are awesome and super friendly though, I will miss them! Some people complained that you don't really get communication or work before the 5 days around full moon which I don't really get.. just chill and have fun? Loren is pretty cool and doesn't micromanage your work. Overall a good experience

Honestly had an amazing time. The work was pretty easy and the schedule was super chill we mainly worked around the Full Moon days, so the rest of the time we could just enjoy the island. One of the best parts was getting free entry to parties and even a ride there, which made the whole experience even more fun.The vibe was social, relaxed, and perfect for meeting new people. If you're looking for a fun, easy volunteering experience, I'd highly recommend it.
