The Experience

We are looking for volunteers with a good sense of responsibility that can help us to manage a small team of volunteers that work at our hostel bar. We are especially looking for outgoing people, that love to meet new people and socialize. Engaging with our guests and making them feel involved and like they are at home is our goal. We are a social and diverse hostel located in Panajachel, on the shores of the beautiful Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.

I had so much fun volunteering at the hostel. I only got to stay a month but I absolutely wished it would have been longer. The team there were absolutely wonderful and helped me feel at home from day 1. The hostel is lovely and the area is beautiful. There's lots to do and you get great access and perks as a volunteer. The work was a lot of fun and the atmosphere is incredible. It is definitely very social, so if that's your vibe the hostel is the best place to be!

An absolute lovely Hostel! I felt welcomed since the beginning and had a great time. The Management and Staff was kind and always tried to make the best out of the day/evening. As volunteers, we were entitled to several benefits, such as free food, discounts, and free overnight stays in partner hostels. The atmosphere is good and I had never reason to complain - I actually wish I could have stayed longer! 🫰

My time in the hostel has been amazing! We had a full month of incredible parties, met lovely people and had so so so much fun! Everybody was super open and friendly from the beginning! You need kind of an extroverted personality to feel the best, but if that's your vibe I would absolutely recommend! The town, Panajachel is lovely, you get great perks of being a volunteer here, your hours are flexible and working here doesn't even feel like working it's that fun! You can chill in the pool have drinks and chat with others all day long, or explore the lake on your free time. Thank you guys, love

The hostel had been am amazing experience. The perfect place to meet a lot of travellers and learn about local cultures. A lovely team and great owners. the hostel is best discribed as a big family that tales care of each other and makes each expérience unique!
