This is a great opportunity to travel in and around the hostel, know new people from all around the world, know more about hostel management and keeping, go to the beach as much as you want and practice your English. Bajo, the co-owner and person in charge of the hostel, is very kind, relaxed, and respectful. If you need something just let him know. You'll be doing a range of hostel keeping chores (cleaning the whole hostel, changing, washing, ironing and storing sheets, checking people in and out), other than that you can make of this experience what you want from it.

Volunteering at the Lazy Roo hostel was my first experience with Worldpackers, and I'm so grateful for it. Work was light, and afterward, you could explore beautiful the hostel - the beaches, the town, the nightlife. What's more, you have 2 days off to visit nearby attractions. The hostel is really nice place as well. I love the atmosphere there,as well as plenty of space to relax or chat, and possibility to admire views from the rooftop. Bajo-the co-owner-is always helpful and kind. I 've met so many amazing people, made unforgettable memories and had a great fun! Thank u all😘

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lazy Roo Hostel. Bajo was always helpful and kind and he agreed to give me and my sister day off when we wanted to which was amazing. Atmosphere of this place is so cool as well.Even though it was my first volunteering expierence it was very easy to adapt and I met wonderful people there so I am really greatful for that!

This was my first volunteer role in a hostel and I'd highly recommend it to anyone interested. There's always a good group of people staying here. The daily tasks are easy and can be completed quickly which gives you time to socialize and explore the area. Bajo (the co-owner) is very kind and will go out of his way to make sure you're taken care of. At first the place can be a little intimidating but once you're situated the place has a real charm.

I really enjoyed my time volunteering here. The work hours are reasonable and the included meals was super helpful for budget travelling. the hostel is a beautiful place for beaches, sunsets, and the nightlife is fun. The atmosphere at the hostel was amazing for meeting new people and connecting with guests. The group I worked with became like a family, and the owners always made sure we had everything we needed. I had to leave a little earlier than expected and bajo was super understanding about everything. I would absolutely recommend volunteering at lazy roo for fun, vacation and family!
