You'll help keep our shared spaces and rooms sparkling clean, creating a warm and welcoming space for travelers from around the world. Phoebe and Jeremy are very kind and chill hosts. All the tasks are very clear and you never work longer than agreed. Everything is clean and the atmosphere in the hostel is in general very positive. I was the morning helper and I recommend this position. It's not very demanding and after finishing you have the rest of the day off. The instructions for preparing breakfast are very clear and the food is quite nice. All in all I can very much recommend coming here to learn a bit more about Hualien!

I had a truly wonderful time at the hostel. Phoebe and Jeremy are two very kind people, and I immediately felt at home. 🫶🏻 The hostel is small and cozy, the guests are international, and it was easy to make connections. The work at the hostel is really fair—you can always finish it within two hours. Hualien is a really beautiful place, and there's so much to discover here, especially in nature. Perfect for relaxing. 😌

Phoebe and jeremy we're so nice and helpful, I arrived a day earlier and they were very flexible. Tasks are easy and can be completed in less than 2 hours, this was my first hostel volunteering experience and i would recommend this hostel if you want to meet other travelers and socialize, I really enjoyed the time in the hostel and I am planning to come back and volunteer again.

I had a pleasant time volunteering at the hostel. Phoebe and Jeremy are always kind and attentive, welcoming, offer valuable advice, and are available whenever needed. They respect the agreed-upon terms and are dedicated to ensuring everyone has a pleasant stay, whether guest or volunteer. I was even able to extend my stay by 2 nights at the last minute, for which I am very grateful. It's easy to meet other travelers, as the common areas are very inviting. the hostel offers everything needed for a great volunteering experience, so I hope everyone will help the hostel conscientiously. ✨🙏
