🌿 Welcome to Tranquilo Glamping! 🌿 As a volunteer, you’ll be part of the team that keeps this magical place running smoothly. Collaborate with other volunteers to create a welcoming and peaceful environment where guests can relax, recharge, and enjoy the outdoor. We are based right in the south of Spain (nearby Cadiz, Andalusia), an ideal place in the heart of nature and 15 min far from the stunning beaches of Conil and El Palmar. ☀️🌈🌴🐚

A home away from home! A summer/surfcamp vibe, with your international friend group you feel part of the second you get here. It's a cultural exchange, especially through the well-cooked meals and the talks. That way I improved both my Spanish and English. We went to parties, a night swim in the ocean, or just had fun in the pool. Yes, the work is—especially with the Andalusian heat—quite demanding, but the working hours are respected as agreed upon. I would recommend it to everyone who is motivated to exchange some cleaning time for a good time with new friends. Thank you Dani 💕

I met amazing people here and have a wonderful time🥹✨ I supposed to stay here for 2 weeks, but ended up staying for 5 weeks. If you are looking for home far from home vibe, this is the place. There was usually 4-6 volunteers and one manager. We all work together from 10:00/9:30 to 5 hours straight. It was manageable and off schedule was also can be requested by one's needs. Usually we eat lunch all together after working, and chill a bit and head to beach with surf board all together, do grocery for ourselves, or have a swim in a pool. Special thanks to Dani, warmhearted and welcome everyone

The camping was a wonderful experience for me. The place is very peaceful and has many trees, even a treehouse, which was my favorite. The connection with the other volunteers was very pleasant; we shared many peaceful moments doing yoga together, going to see the sunset, or just gazing at the moon. We formed a wonderful team and collaborated on details to make the place better every day. Schedules and tasks were respected. I am only grateful for this place and would love to return someday. Thanks to Bartek, the team, and especially Clara, who became my friend in this beautiful place💚🌿🌱🌙

Volunteering at the camping was honestly amazing! The place is beautiful, super chill, and full of good energy — but what really made it special were the people. Everyone was so kind, easygoing, and made me feel at home from day one. I had such a good time, learned a lot, and shared some great moments.
