What you offer

My experience at the hostel was amazing. I truly found a new home. The staff members and other volunteers were super friendly. Aisling was incredibly nice and helpful. I made amazing memories and met some of the best people. I'm definitely coming back.

I had a great time volunteering at the hostel in Galway! The staff were all so nice and welcoming. Aisling really made sure you felt comfortable and confident doing your tasks — she was so kind and supportive about everything. All the staff members were lovely and helpful, and the other volunteers were amazing too. I truly enjoyed my time there!

My experience at the hostel was incredible. The hostel was always clean, spacious, and by far the best I've stayed in. The private bed bunks made it very comfortable. The work was fair, hours were respected, and the supervisor, reception team, and colleagues were all wonderful and supportive. I made friends for life among the volunteers, it was such a super vibe, it really feels like a family. There's always something to do in Galway (hope you love the pub!) or someone to socialise with at the hostel. A special mention to Evan and Leah, who made my experience even more special.

My experience at the hostel was amazing! I got to meet incredible people through volunteering through the housekeeping and pub crawl shifts. The work shifts are as expected and can be very flexible, and I didn't find them too taxing or long which meant there was a lot of time left to explore Galway and Ireland. Aisling was super helpful in prioritising time off with our friends so we could do things together. If you're looking for a great base to explore Galway and beyond then I highly recommend the hostel!

I had a really great experience here. The staff and fellow volunteers were all wonderful, and I had the chance to meet some truly amazing people. The work was generally fine, sometimes a little demanding but nothing unmanageable. The city is absolutely stunning, and the whole surrounding area is full of beauty and charm (:
