I spent a month at the ECO Hostel in Granada, it was my first volunteering experience here on worldpackers and I honestly think it could not have gone better. I felt welcome and at home right from the beginning, the staff and the other volunteers were all wonderful people and I enjoyed being around them. The work that needed to be done was really simple, the food was delicious, socializing and talking with guests was really fun, I got to meet somebody new nearly every day. In summary, I loved this experience and I hope that I will see you again someday! Ondřej, Czech republic

This was my first volunteering experience and couldn't have been better! The group of volunteers and the staff at the reception were amazing, the job was easy to learn and fun. The hostel is very beautiful and gives you the opportunity to meet a lot of people from all around the world. I also had a lot of free time to discover granada and the other cities of andalucía.

It was my first time volunteering, and from day one, the staff and volunteers welcomed me like family. Surrounded by like-minded people, I built lasting connections, i truly enjoyed every single day. The work-life balance was perfect—plenty of time to explore, learn, and soak in the experience. The supportive staff and uplifting atmosphere made every moment unforgettable. Luca was one of those special people who truly leave a mark 💫 From the very first moment, she filled ECO with positive energy, joy, and an amazing vibe. Her stay was short, but she became part of the family instantly and brought so much to the atmosphere of the hostel. We’re grateful for her time with us and wish her all the best in everything she does — our doors will always be open for her! 💚
