The Experience

Help us be part of our team! We are under new management and currently looking for improvements and a fresh team to help create a better atmosphere. Our hostel is small, with a total of 54 beds, a cozy outdoor area, a terrace, and more. During the low season, we operate with a smaller team, so some tasks include cleaning and making beds. In the high season, the team grows to avoid overload and keep everything running smoothly.

I had a wonderful experience at Hostel the hostel António! From the very first moment. Hostel very well located, but what truly made this stay special were the amazing people I met shared great conversations, laughter, and unforgettable moments. A special highlight goes to the host, who was absolutely fantastic! Always available, friendly, and full of great local recommendations.

John was an awesome host. I'd worked for him before in Brazil and couldn't wait for another chance to be his volunteer. He's super easy to work for, kind, straightforward, and fun. The work was as agreed upon and there were cool people in the hostel to make friends with. Lots of tourists around, so not as much of a local culture, but the town is cute and the area is beautiful. Thanks, John 🥰

Thanks for your hospitality! I have met great people and made new friends here. The working hours were flexible, and the hostel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and a bus stop for those who want to visit the beach. The whole experience was excellent.
