The Experience

Help us be part of our team! We are under new management and currently looking for improvements and a fresh team to help create a better atmosphere. Our hostel is small, with a total of 54 beds, a cozy outdoor area, a terrace, and more. During the low season, we operate with a smaller team, so some tasks include cleaning and making beds. In the high season, the team grows to avoid overload and keep everything running smoothly.

John was an awesome host. I'd worked for him before in Brazil and couldn't wait for another chance to be his volunteer. He's super easy to work for, kind, straightforward, and fun. The work was as agreed upon and there were cool people in the hostel to make friends with. Lots of tourists around, so not as much of a local culture, but the town is cute and the area is beautiful. My experience in the hostel were so fun, if you like to work and have fun in the same time without creating problems is your place The task are always respected For the accommodation you need a bit of adaptation, but it's doable, a perfect way to training your travel adaptability You can explore a lot of Algarve with the buses and a bit of patience

Minha experiência no Hostel Santo o hostel foi incrível! Durante minha estadia, tive a oportunidade de me conectar com pessoas maravilhosas, o que tornou tudo ainda mais especial. O hostel é bem localizado, o que facilita bastante para explorar a cidade. As tarefas são organizadas semanalmente, de forma clara e justa, o que ajuda muito na rotina. Tudo correu super bem e sem dúvida recomendo o lugar para a comunidade WP ❤️
