The experience

Help us be part of our team!

We are under new management and currently looking for improvements and a fresh team to help create a better atmosphere.

Our hostel is small, with a total of 54 beds, a cozy outdoor area, a terrace, and more.

During the low season, we operate with a smaller team, so some tasks include cleaning and making beds.
In the high season, the team grows to avoid overload and keep everything running smoothly.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Between 20 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Portugal
