The Experience

We need someone to paint the exterior, including window frames, of our holiday home, an isolated farmhouse, deep in heart of rural Andalusia. It’s quite easy work, but you would need to be comfortable working up a ladder. We would supply all equipment and materials. The nearest village Iznajar, 3km away, is very pretty but quiet, so this is definitely not party central!

I had a great experience staying with a warm and welcoming English couple, Bill and Helen, in the rural town of Iznájar. They were kind, caring, and made me feel right at home. My tasks involved painting their window frames and scrubbing their patio floors. The area is very peaceful and surrounded by nature. It's perfect for anyone who enjoys hiking, running, walking, or just soaking in beautiful views. It was a relaxing and meaningful stay and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. And to future worldpackers: go with an open heart and help them continue building a beautiful home 🏡☺️
