Even though I was just there for 2 weeks but I had the best time of my life. I can't fathom the memories I made at the hostel. It's definitely recommended to volunteer at the hostel if you wanna party, socialise and be a part of a loving community! The tasks are very simple and it doesn't even feel like work. The work is to have fun with guests, go out and make sure you have a good time! The facilities and food is really great, less options if you're vegetarian but it's a very small con. Adam, the manager, he is very flexible and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough. MISS YOU GUYS!

First time in Vietnam and Hoi An, and Dolphin Hostel truly made it feel like home. The staff and managers are incredibly kind and supportive. Working with other volunteers was such a great experience it really feels like family. You get 1 day off (sometimes 2!), plus free food, a comfy bed, a pool, and super chill vibes. There's also so much to do around the hostel on your days off, you'll never get bored. Special shout-out to Adam for all the support 💙 If you're outgoing and love social vibes and open mics, this is the place for you. Highly recommend 🐬✨

My experience here was great! I had an amazing time with the crew and the guests, aswell as truly enjoyed the hostel itself as it's clean, and well equipped! (I basically lived in the pool). I was very happy when i was given a job based on my skills (media) and Adam was very flexible/understanding/welcoming to any plans/ideas that would change my schedule. As long as you do your work and respect the rules, you will have a great time here. Things can get quite relaxed and it's good to enjoy the nice moments with eachother, and also quite crazy when buys! Made some great friends.

If you're ready for a pub crawl every other night, multiple free drinks a day and one free staff meal and to be the life of the party this place is for you! I truly had a wonderful experience here, and would love to come back in the future. Huge shoutout to Jeff who showed me local food spots gave me some great life advice and made the hostel a home away from home. Adam was a great host he always willing to help you out in times of need and created an organized schedule each week easy to plan your exploration around, if you need a specific day with a bit of notice he's very flexible!

Dolphin Hostel in Hoi An is by far the best hostel I've stayed at. Clean, affordable, with a beautiful pool and the warmest vibe. What makes it truly special is Adam, the manager. Professional, patient, and incredibly supportive, he always encouraged us without pressure and made everyone feel at home. Volunteering here never felt like work—it was fun, social, and unforgettable. Thank you, Adam, for your kindness and energy. This was my favorite experience of my whole trip. Not a goodbye, but a see you soon! ♥️
