The Experience

We are a new Hostel in the beautiful city of Sucre - we literally opened on the 1st of april 2025! This has been a long dream coming and it finally happened! We want volunteers to support our staff in developing activities for the guests, organize events and help out our receptionists with bar tasks. At the same time, they can learn about Bolivian culture and live in the center of one of the most vibrant (and safe) cities in Latin America.

Amazing experience! From day one, Ana and Olivier's clear communication made everything easy. The hostel is beautiful, full of interesting travellers, and the native-speaking staff make it perfect for practising Spanish. Work is flexible and creative, and Oli truly supports new ideas. It's a wonderful place to belong and slow down; everyone is so kind you quickly feel part of the family. The living conditions are great—one of the best showers of my whole Latin America trip! And Sucre is calm, cultural, and simply stunning. Truly a perfect place to volunteer!

I thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks volunteering at the hostel. Sucre is a welcoming city great city to stop and live in for a little bit. the hostel is a very welcoming place to stay and the role given to the volunteer means you are able to interact with international travellers whilst also getting to know the locals. Everyone who worked at the hostel: Oli, Colino and Nata were all very helpful and I had a great time working alongside them. Overall I would highly recommend volunteering at the hostel :).

Olly and Ana were so flexible and welcoming. As seasoned travelers they were very intentional with the purpose of having volunteers and creating a welcoming environment. the hostel magic was truly undeniable, it is a home away from home. The work was what was outlined and was fun and fair. The friends connections I made with locals and other travelers are something I will cherish for a long time. The local staff were always friendly and patient supporting my developing Spanish skills. I loved my time at the hostel and will definitely be back!
