The Experience

We are looking for help to fill in and help us take care of the daily work at both of our amazing hostels, Hurricane and Empire, here in Split, Croatia. Work will consist of four 6-hour shifts focusing on cleaning and customer service, a fifth shift focused on promotions and making social events. Lodging is in a shared dorm in one of our hostels with several of our free amenities, free trips, and paid commissions available.

This honestly must've been one of the best experiences. while I came to visit empire/hurrice during the off-season, i can still recommended it 100% from the bottom of my heart. the owners, ashley and aaron were kind and approachable on everything, schedules were fairly written taking everybody into consideration. all of the other staff was also super nice and welcoming and with three other volunteers there wasn't a boring day in sight. there truly isn't anything to complain about <3 THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING xx kiki

Had the best time at the hostels this october! The owners Aaron and Ashley are amazing, along with the rest of the staff. The work is fairly easy and exactly as expected! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore split and surrounding areas/ islands

I loved my time at the hostel/ Empire hostel. All the staff were lovely and working hours were always respected and easy to plan your day around. The workload was very simple and tasks were easy to manage, and communication between staff and volunteers was great. Great to meet other travellers and enjoy Split. Hope to be back soon :)

I had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel/empire! The workload was good, I had plenty of free time to explore split or around it. Aaron and Ashley are genuinely amazing and make sure you feel comfortable from day 1, and are also very open to comunication at all times. I met so many people and made unforgettable memories here! Hope to be back one day <3
