The Experience

We are looking for help to fill in and help us take care of the daily work at both of our amazing hostels here in Split, Croatia. Work will consist of 4-hour shifts focusing on cleaning and customer service, and one- or two-night shifts. Lodging is in a shared dorm in one of our hostels with several of our free amenities, free trips, and tour commissions available.

My stay at the hostel has been absolutely wonderful. The manager and all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming — they made me feel right at home from the very beginning. I've felt truly included and part of a great team throughout my time here. The work itself is very fair, both in terms of the hours and the type of tasks. Everything is well organized, and whenever we've needed time off or had special requests, the team has always been flexible and understanding. Overall, everything has been perfect. I'm so grateful for the time I've spent here. Highly recommended!
