Hours per week: Help out and collaborate with your host only a few hours per week.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Days off per week: Have some time off for yourself, go explore the city or rest for a while.

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Support: Get help from the Worldpackers support team in case you need it, at any point of your trip.

The Experience

Would you like to combine working in hospitality but also spend your freetime exploring the most amazing nature in the world? then become a volunteer at our Hostel! We are located in a beautiful village called Stamsund in the Lofoten Islands. Our hostel is placed right by the sea with views of ocean and mountains. Your tasks would include: - Cleaning rooms/huts - Cleaning common areas - Assisting guests with info/etc - Plus more!

I had a really fun time at the hostel! The balance between work and exploring the Lofoten Islands is great! Working hours and food are clearly communicated. Everyone was really nice, and together with the other volunteers, I was often able to go out and see beautiful things. I felt very much at home here! I highly recommend volunteering here :)
