I had a great time with Frank, Andrea and Lil (the cutest dog ever) Task varied everyday from working in the garden, the restaurant, the kitchen or doing some housekeeping. You are giving your tasks each morning at breakfast. The meals were great and the portions are really big. You will be out of town, so getting to shops for needs are not easy, but if you love nature, hikes or just being outdoors this is a perfect place for you. The room meets all basic needs, as it is a dorm style room with a shared bathroom, and they recently upgraded the WIFI for much better reception.

This was a great experience overall. It's quite remote—far from the train station and not easy to get supplies—but perfect for hiking and enjoying nature. The work is generally easy, and the hosts are kind and patient, though not overly social. They only offered me one beer the whole time. You can still learn a lot about Bavarian culture if you're interested. Meals are nice home-cooked and mostly good. While some days were long, the hosts made up for it. Wi-Fi is weak in the bedroom but strong in a common room. I'd definitely recommend it!

I had a wonderful time here! Frank and Andrea were very welcoming and kind, the food was always good, and their dog lil (Great Dane puppy 😆) was just too cute! The work is reasonable I helped wherever I was needed. Sometimes in the kitchen cooking or doing dishes, cleaning the rooms, helping to prepare the area for summer season. It was never too difficult or for too much time. I had a lot of free time here as well which can be used to explore the beautiful surroundings and maybe once the weather is warmer go for a swim!
