We had an amazing time here. The whole family are so lovely and considerate. Fannys cooking was delicious, she is so kind and we all got on great! The dogs are some of the sweetest dogs ive ever met, the cat too, and the river nearby is gorgeous. The town is really sweet, we even met a man wanting to practice english on a walk and had a coffee with him! Making chocolate from scratch was an incredible experience. We would highly recommend going. You will learn so much about the traditional fruits and plants and have a great time!

What an amazing family! Fanny, Ovidio and their helpful sons and friends have created a fun, enjoyable and proactive environment. I would highly recommend volunteering here. I arrived on the weekend and I was lucky enough to experience the fair that happens once a year. What a funny and full day of learning about all the local fincas and communities. From Monday onwards, the work was chill, but very rewarding. I learnt a lot about Ecuadorian fruits, plants and wildlife. Fanny's cooking is out of this world and she treats you like one of her own sons. Can't forget about the Lily the cat 🐱

Incredible experience! Was amazing to work in such a beautiful place, with really fun and interesting people! The volunteer house was lovely, we had a private room that was very comfortable. The work was fun, and it was great to work alongside the people living there :) The time off was amazing, the guys always had something fun for us to do! We will miss you all a lot, and we will miss señora Fanny's cooking! I hope we can come back one day 💖💖

We had an incredible time staying here, the people were lovely, the work was varied and fun, and the activities we did were amazing! Señora fanny is an amazing cook and she made us breakfast and lunch every day, they give ingredients for dinner. The work changed every day, e.g. harvesting cacao and lemons; and making an orchid flower bed. It's a beautiful farm using agroforestry and ponds for fish! It was super fun, and interesting to get to know people who live here! Our days off were great! Our favourites were visiting the Kichwa community (who the farm works with often) and dancing in Puyo!
