What an amazing family! Fanny, Ovidio and their helpful sons and friends have created a fun, enjoyable and proactive environment. I would highly recommend volunteering here. I arrived on the weekend and I was lucky enough to experience the fair that happens once a year. What a funny and full day of learning about all the local fincas and communities. From Monday onwards, the work was chill, but very rewarding. I learnt a lot about Ecuadorian fruits, plants and wildlife. Fanny's cooking is out of this world and she treats you like one of her own sons. Can't forget about the Lily the cat 🐱

Incredible experience! Was amazing to work in such a beautiful place, with really fun and interesting people! The volunteer house was lovely, we had a private room that was very comfortable. The work was fun, and it was great to work alongside the people living there :) The time off was amazing, the guys always had something fun for us to do! We will miss you all a lot, and we will miss señora Fanny's cooking! I hope we can come back one day 💖💖

We had an incredible time staying here, the people were lovely, the work was varied and fun, and the activities we did were amazing! Señora fanny is an amazing cook and she made us breakfast and lunch every day, they give ingredients for dinner. The work changed every day, e.g. harvesting cacao and lemons; and making an orchid flower bed. It's a beautiful farm using agroforestry and ponds for fish! It was super fun, and interesting to get to know people who live here! Our days off were great! Our favourites were visiting the Kichwa community (who the farm works with often) and dancing in Puyo!

This place was wonderful, the finca is huge and they cultivate a lot of things. They're ambitious, have a lot of projects and do everything on their own. The team was very friendly, very human, understandable and flexible. They are very happy to make you visit the nice surrounding areas such as rivers, mountains, Puyo etc. The nature there is stunning. You will not get bored. The food they cook is delicious too and they grow their own fish too. They will leave you well enough local food for you to cook in the evenings too. Just be aware that the climate can be quite harsh there...

El voluntariado con Fanny, Ovidio y sus hijos fue increíble. Hicimos cosas muy interesantes, descubrimosmuchasa cosas, cuidar los árboles de cacao, la cosecha de cacao, el desarrollo del chocolate, y dicubrimos también la piscicultura, pescando peses. La familia se cuidó de nosotros todo el tiempo, la comida de Fanny fue excelente y las discusiones fueron muy interesante, aprendimos muchas cosas sobre ese lugar. Y el ambiente fue muy cariñoso. Lo recomiendo Muchas gracias por todo Un abrazo

Mi estancia como voluntaria en la finca agroturística fue una experiencia profundamente especial. Desde el primer momento, Ovidio y Fanny me recibieron con una calidez que hizo que me sintiera en casa. Su dedicación a la tierra y a las personas se refleja en cada rincón de la finca: en los cultivos cuidados con cariño, en los espacios pensados para el descanso y en la forma respetuosa con la que comparten sus conocimientos. Durante mi voluntariado participé en actividades del campo, siempre aprendiendo algo nuevo gracias a su paciencia y generosidad.

Esta fue mi primer experiencia de voluntariado y la verdad estoy muy feliz de que haya sido aqui, los anfitriones te dan un trato excelente y acogedor, aprenderás muchas cosas sobre agronomía, y estaras en contacto constante con cientos de especies animales y vegetales.

La sra Fanny nos trato como integrantes mas de la familia. Dandonos un hogar y autonomía. Los oficios en su hermoso jardín fueron interesantes y variados. Trabajar con Fanny fue muy divertido y se nota el amor que ella tiene para todos los seres vivos que la rodean. Caminar con el Sr.Oviedo y su hijo por la finca y alrededores es como una clase de ciencias en vivo. Ellos saben mucho de la naturaleza amazonia y les encanta compartir. Hubo tiempo para compartir en familia,nadar en rios,pezcar,hacer caminatas y visitar lugares.Mil gracias a la familia y mateo por este bonito experiencia. 100%❤
