Description
Please note that the additional cost is for the homestay, which is $10 per day. This includes a private room for the volunteer to enjoy during their stay.
What you get

- Days off per week
- Have some time off for yourself, go explore the city or rest for a while.
- Private Room
- You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
- Lunch
- You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
- Basic Internet Access
- Basic speed internet for you to work remotely
- Use our equipped kitchen
- Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
- Free Laundry
- You can use our laundry room freely.
- Free Tours
- We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
- Surf lessons
- Take free surf classes at the local beaches.
- Language lessons
- Take free language classes at our place.
- Support
- Get help from the Worldpackers support team in case you need it, at any point of your trip.

The Experience
Join a vibrant school community where your contribution supports both children and the planet 🌍 As an eco-volunteer, you’ll help maintain the school grounds, care for animals, and build or improve small structures to support daily operations. You’ll collaborate with other volunteers and staff, all while immersed in an inspiring, multicultural environment full of learning, purpose, and natural beauty 🌿💚

- Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

My experience at the school was absolutely incredible. The school's team was very welcoming and helpful with all the questions and doubts I had during my stay in the Dominican Republic. I loved the school's facilities and activities: my work was dynamic and my schedule flexible, so I also had the chance to travel and do other activities. I would highly recommend choosing this program because it gave me great knowledge about the schools functioning and it made me understand how life in the country looks like.
