My time at the hostel wolves / the hostel lions hostel was really great. I met a lot of nice people and before or after my shift I had enough time to explore langkawi. The tasks are easy, reception work, cleaning, preparing beds and help the guests if they need anything. My host Mantra is very friendly and it's easy to communicate with her. Schedules were flexible, morning / afternoon or evening shifts. I had an pleasant stay and a really good time volunteering in this hostel and I'll definitely stop by again whenever I come back to Langkawi. Thank you very much for this experience 🙏🏼

I had a wonderful time at the hostel! The work was easy and enjoyable, and Mantra was an amazing host friendly, communicative, and great at explaining tasks in detail. Langkawi is such a beautiful and peaceful island; I loved exploring its stunning beaches and I had plenty of time to try out the fun activities around.

Overall really great. Hours do not exceed agreement. The tasks do include a fair bit of cleaning, but you can spread it out over the shift. Staff dorm was nice with AC and good wifi. I had to work at another hostel, but it was only 5 minutes by motorbike. Hostel is very organized.

It's an amazing experience! We really enjoyed in the hostel. Langkawi is a beautiful place. Mantra is an amazing person✨ so we extend our days here with my husband. The shifts are very well organized, and the tasks are simple: just cleaning, attending to guests, and keeping everything in order. If you'd like, you can also suggest improvements for the hostel. Mantra was very considerate of us as a couple and scheduled us on the same shifts. You can cook in the kitchen and the dorms have AC. I recommend this volunteer.

Excellent experience! Mantra is a wonderful and super friendly woman! The place is comfortable and clean, and there are plenty of activities to do in your free time. We extended our stay because we felt very comfortable with both the place and the people here.
