The Experience

Procuramos um voluntário para recepção no nosso Hostel, em turno de 5 horas à combinar (7h as 12h, 12h as 17h ou 17h as 22). Suas tarefas incluirão recepcionar hóspedes, gerenciar reservas e manter um ambiente de recepção limpo e harmonioso. Oferecemos flexibilidade de horário, duas folgas por semana e desconto no Bar. Podendo ser uma experiência incrível nesse interior da Bahia.

My experience as a volunteer at the hostel was superb. Maíra (host), Tania (manager), Ju and Lady (volunteers) were welcoming from the 1st day. It felt like home pretty fast. We used to share meals and have interesting conversation all the time. The working hours for cleaners is superb: 1h + 2h/day/6 days a week. They have all the cleaning material needed and have a good schedule organized. To go to the nearby beaches we either had to walk for some 20 minutes, or catch a ride for farther ones. In Serra Grande, the locals are very generous with hitchhikers.

Viajantes que estão lendo essa mensagem, sabe quando uma comida é feita com amor por alguém, que está tão boa que você tem que repetir o prato, então é isso que aconteceu no meu voluntário no hostel, experiência incrível com todos os outros voluntário e principal com as Donas Maira e Cris 💗. Não tiver outras escolha a não ser a repetir o voluntario. Repetir essa experiência mesmo sendo diferente da primeira vez e mesmo assim foi um experiência incrível. Esse tempo no hostel ficou marcado no meu coração para o resto de minha vida. Recomendo para todos os viajantes 🫶🏽

A minha experiência no the hostel foi uma das melhores que já tive aqui na plataforma. O espaço do hostel é incrível, nós voluntários temos uma casa só pra gente, as tarefas são super justas e a relação com a Chris e Mai foi muito boa. Vou levar muitas memórias incríveis de Serra. Já to com saudade Guavers 🥹🫶

Vim para um período de 30 dias, e minha experiência e trocas foram tão positivas e satisfatórias que renovei meu voluntariado totalizando 75 dias na família o hostel. Maíra e Chris se tornaram parte da minha vida. Hóspedes, amigos, voluntários tem uma grande interação, todos são convidados e incluídos, seja nas refeições, nas festinhas ou nas rodas de conversas. O trabalho é feito de forma leve, sem estresse, nossas acomodações são separadas dos hóspedes, o que faz com que tenhamos uma casa pra chamar de nossa.. Gratidão por tudo meninas, já já estou de volta.
