I'm delighted to have earned my first volunteer opportunity in Koh the hotel, standing out among thousands of other applicants. It's been a refreshing shift in gears, and I'm thankful for Jan's assistance and the warmth and kindness of the team. The task is quantitative, not challenging, and I've maintained daily consistency while exceeding expectations!

I had an amazing time at the hotel! I worked at the breakfast buffet and I really enjoyed working with Cherry and Meena. Jan is an amazing host and was able to accomodate when I wanted to move around my days off which was very appreciated. The hours are fair and always respected, and I had plenty of time to explore the island. I would highly recommend this experience to someone who is looking for a chilled and quiet few weeks on a beautiful island, as it's not super social. I am honestly missing it so much already and plan to return in the future! Thanks again for having me ❤️

Teaching yoga in such a breathtakingly beautiful beach setting was truly an honor. In exchange for a private room and two meals a day, I taught yoga for an hour in the morning and worked in the laundry room for three hours. Everyone was always welcoming and greeted me with smiles, and within a week, I felt completely at home. Plus, with plenty of free time, I was able to fully explore the local culture and surroundings. I have truly fallen in love with this place. I'm sending my gratitude and love to Jan and all the hardworking people at this hotel.

My experience with the hotel was everything I had hoped it to be and more!!! It's a really good deal, the staff are welcoming, and the location is perfect! I met some wonderful people while I was there, including some staff, some other volunteers, and some locals! The private room and meals are basic, simple, but enough. I really wanted to extend but didn't ask early enough and they filled up! I would definitely return in the future. Thank you Jan and the team for being great hosts!
