I had an amazing experience volunteering at Emily's Hotel! Himara is a beautiful town, and the location of the hotel couldn't be better, right in front of the sea, with stunning sunset views every evening. The tasks were fair and Sokrati was always available to help with anything we needed. Our bedroom was super comfortable, and we had delicious meals every day, thanks to Noche's cooking! I truly recommend this place to any volunteer looking for a chill spot at the beach.

Spending one month working at Emily's Hotel was one of the best experiences of my travels. The Hotel is in the most amazing location on a stunning beach, and the volunteer room and amenities are all really nice. Sokrati was a wonderful host. He was very generous and kind, always making sure we felt comfortable and had lots of food. The hotel also has the sweetest cleaner noce, who made us delicious meals. The work itself is super straight forward and the hours are very respected. It felt like home away from home and I already miss it. Thanks so much Sokrati, I can't wait to come back!

Himare is a beautiful coastal town. I had such a lovely experience with the other volunteers - there's typically 2-3 of you there at one time. There is other staff members who clean and cook and Noce is an amazing cook. The work was extremely simple and there was plenty of time for you to do your own thing. Sokrati is a very generous person and always tried to make us comfortable and help if we needed something. However, sometimes communication was tricky and we would be contacted outside of our reception hours like at 9pm. If you want to relax by the beach, Himare is the place for you.

I had an amazing time at Emily's Hotel. The job itself is super easy, giving you plenty of time to do read, journal, etc. The shifts go quick, allowing you to enjoy yourself in beautiful Himara. You're just steps away from the beautiful beach. Thank you to Sokrati, as he is a very generous host, taking us to dinner, ice cream and drinks some nights. Noce, the housekeeper is an amazing cook as well and is the sweetest. I truly had a lovely time. Himara is full of international volunteers so I was also able to make a lot of friends during my time there!

Would recommend! I spent two awesome and relaxing weeks at Emily's Hotel. I couldn't have asked for a more generous and caring host for my first WorldPackers experience. The tasks were really easy, the hours were respected, the room was cozy and I felt great during my entire stay. Communication was sometimes a challenge because of the language barrier but we always managed to understand eachother. Also, the city is really quiet so the main attraction is the beaches. Peak summer tourist season offers probably more entertainment. Thanks again Sokrati:)
