Volunteering here was a blessing. I was supposed to stay for 2 weeks and ended up extending for a whole month. Som and her family are amazing hosts and made me feel at home from day 1. The place is absolutely incredible, clean, organized and near beautiful beaches. Work is easy, flexible and a great opportunity to meet really interesting people from all over the world. At the begining I planned to stay for just 2 weeks but at the end up staying a month. The place is unbelieveable around a lot of nature, is a place super chill to relax. Som, Pieter & Theo are so friendly, the best hosts. they are really kind and always eager to help you in whatever you need. The job is really easy and also they are open if you want to do something of art. the guest house is a place that ill alwats carry in my heart :)

Our stay at the guest house was beautiful. Our tasks basically consisted of preparing breakfast between 8 and 10:30 am, and then handling check out and check in. Since check in hours were between 2 and 8 pm sometimes we had to wait for guest all day. However, in the meantime we could just chill and enjoy the day at the guesthouse. It is a wonderful place to disconnect from big cities, surrounded by the sea and nature. We were able to use the free bicycles, and on some days we rented a motorbike to visit places farther away. Without a doubt, we recommend this place for doing volunteer work ๐

Som, Pieter and Theo are so welcoming and accommodating! Very grateful for my time spent here and appreciate everything they do. The place is beautiful, it's cozy living, very in-tune with nature and the beaches are lovely. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere

My experience at the guest house Maha Samut was absolutely perfect. The place itself is a hidden jewel not too far from Bangkok โ surrounded by caves, untouched nature, and wild beaches that create such a relaxing, tranquil atmosphere. The hosts, Som and Peter, are truly wonderful people: welcoming, easygoing, and always interesting to talk with. They made me feel like part of the family from the very beginning. Volunteering here was a real joy. I was happy to share my energy and help out, while at the same time meeting amazing people from all over the world.
