This was my very first volunteering experience ever, and i have to say, im glad that it was here, in the guest house: such a fantastic experience. The hosts are Som and Peter, who are kind and very welcoming people. They also have a really nice young kid, Theo. From day one ive been helped and felt like home, this area is beautiful, meet some great and interesting people who i became good friends with and the list goes on. Cannot recommend enough. Work is very fair and easy, and youll have plenty of time to explore. Thank you very very much guys, take care and i hope ill see you again! :)

One of the best volunteering projects of my life, life is very calm in the guest house, the food is organic, the connection with nature is very beautiful too, there are many things to discover, many caves and the bicycle is always there to take you to thousands of beautiful places and temples, I am very grateful to Som and Pieter and obviously Theo, my stay has been full of love and tranquility, the tasks are very easy and it is the perfect space for a digital nomad.

Life at the guest house is a serene slice of heaven. I loved it so much I decided to extend my stay by a week. It's a relaxed lifestyle, preparing breakfast for guests in the morning and assisting guests here and there. The rest of the day is yours! The host family (Som, Pieter and Theo) are exceptionally welcoming, they encourage you to explore surrounding areas, connect with guests and local life, and are very helpful with any questions you may have. It may be harder to explore if you're not confident on a bicycle/motorbike. Extremely grateful to have had this experience ♥️ Khop Khun Ka 🙏

Rosss,I’m sorry for the late review.I can’t review,So I better write here.
We’ve been very fortunate to have Ros as part of our team and around our family. She’s dependable and efficient, handling tasks like the check-in system. She’s also great with people, friendly and easy to work with.
On top of that, her osteopathy skills were a real help during my husband’s rehab. She brought both professionalism and care to that situation, and her support made a real difference.Khop Khun mak mak ka.

I had an amazing time at the guest house! My shift mainly involved preparing breakfast for the guests and being available during check-ins, which left plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The area is peaceful, with a beach, restaurants and cafes, plus hiking and exploring caves. Most places are accessible by bike, motorbike, or Grab. But the best is relaxing at the house and swimming in the pool!! Som, Pieter, and Theo, you are all wonderful! Thank you so much for welcoming me into your home. I truly appreciate the experience!

I had the best experience in the guest house. The job is quiet and easy, but most of all is funny. Being in Som and Peter's place was the best for me. It's a marvelous place, nice, clean, very confortable and really pacefull. I could make many friends there. the guest house will be allways in my heart, as the people I met there. Thank you Som. You are the best.

Som is so lovely and the property is beautiful! I got sick when I arrived and she was so nice and accommodating to me. The work is pretty standard - making breakfast, basic cleaning, and checking in guests. The work isn't 5 hours consistent but more when there is stuff to do. You can explore the local area during the day when there isn't much to do either as there are free bikes. I have such a peaceful time here and got to meet lots of people travelling through.

I am so grateful for the time I spend in the guest house! Som, Pieter and Théo are the kindest family who run the place without flaws! next to the volunteering hours there is plenty of time to discover the nature and surroundings or work on personal projects. You will get to meet great people in the most beautiful environment!

My experience was great, the hostess Som was very kind and welcomed me very well. The place is beautiful and surrounded by nature! Activities are easy and hours are respected. My only point is that I recommend that the next volunteers know how to ride a bicycle or motorbike, otherwise transportation will be more complicated.

It is quiet place in the countryside. Good for relaxing and taking life slow and easy. Would recommend! If you looking for it too. Was very quiet and almost nothing to do during my stay. I help with decorating and other small handyman tasks. Half of the time they was 0 guest. So if you want to party it is not for you. I am glad I spent time here and the owners are amazing, kind people!

My experience in this volunteer program was exceptional. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place, this could be it. The hotel was absolutely amazing, and the work wasn't hard. You should know that it's a bit farther from the city and crowded places. However, you can connect with the real local life, the nature and the sea because you're right there. The food you can find nearby is very good and affordable. The owner is amazing, helpful, and kind. Communication is very easy, and she can share different local experiences with you. Thank you Som. I will never forget the experience.
