Your main responsibility will be to talk and socialize with our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages connection and fun.

The hostel was an amazing experience. Joe and First are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, always happy to help and making you feel like part of the place from day one. The hostel has a relaxed, respectful, and fun vibe. The girls on the team Pearl, Bean, and Maui are awesome: hardworking, friendly, and full of great energy, which makes everyday life even more enjoyable. Communication was clear and the exchange felt fair. I'm leaving very grateful for everything I learned, the people I met, and all the great moments shared. Highly recommended!

Incredible! I spent just two weeks there, but it was absolutely amazing. The staff is wonderful, the work is really easy, and if you enjoy being social, it becomes even better. Zero stress it's a super chill place and I loved every moment of it! Joe and First are also very flexible with the schedule, which is perfect. You should definitely try it!

I had a really great experience with this Worldpackers stay. Joe and First were very welcoming and kind, and they made me feel comfortable from the first day. The shifts were pretty chill, and Bam and Pear explained everything with a lot of patience. I definitely recommend this place, thank you all for the amazing time!

Where do I begin? the hostel was a wonderful experience, in every aspect: Joe and First are a super energetic couple, who always makes both guests and volunteers feel welcomed and are always helpful and nice; the work is well portioned among all volunteers and it is not too tiring, which allows the volunteer to enjoy your stay there almost as much as guests. All activities were engaging and never boring, allowing guests and volunteers alike to socialise and have fun together! I definitely recommend it to anybody who likes socialising with people and wants to explore the North of Thailand

This was my first volunteer experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better one! The tasks were clearly explained and easy to complete, and there is so much to do in your free time in Chiang Rai. The whole hostel team is wonderful as well and is willing to help with anything you might need. Thank you First, Joe, Bam, and Pear!
