I had an amazing stay with the project. He is very accommodating to your needs and tailored the meals each day to give a taste of local traditional dishes. Each day on the farm was different and the project had lots of activities for us to do during work and leisure. You should come with an open mind that the accommodation is different to Western cultures but it is authentic to the village life, farm and the experience. I would bring decent mozzie repellent as there are a lot around when you're working on the farm. Overall I had an amazing experience, thank you the project, I will be back 🀍

Staying a week with the project was really great. The house is well maintained and he is really kind and always smiling and ready to listen to you. It is a perfect place to be connected with nature and have full contact with the local people. Every day was a new and different experience, between spending days on plantations, playing with local children, visiting schools and making homemade things. Thank you for all the time spent together!!

I had a great time staying with the project, from the beginning I felt very welcomed. He and his family are very nice people. the project showed me around his area and taught me a lot about local culture and everything else I was interested in. The work on the farm can be hard at times but for me it was a great experience. I would not compare the living standards with any western standard so I'd say you definitely need to be open minded for that. The food is really good and fresh and I enjoyed cooking with him. It's also a good place if you want to reconnect with nature.
