The project and Hevenlight are absolutely wonderful. They make sure you are comfortable, safe, and well taken care of. Madame Flora and the kids at Hovinais Day Center are also amazing. The day center provides childcare (mainly for single mothers) enabling parents to find work or continue their education with the goal being they can support themselves and give their children a sustainable future. I feel very lucky to have been able to be a part of what they are doing here.

My experience was amazing, full of wonderful surprises. We were very warmly welcomed by the project and Heaven. The house was very comfortable, clean, and well organized. The food was delicious, with traditional local dishes. We always had great moments around the table, feeling like we were part of the family. At the day care center, we were also welcomed by the entire team and the children. It was an unforgettable experience, in a place that truly has the power to transform social challenges. We felt very safe the project and in his home. He is an amazing host, always caring about our joy.

Tânia was a wonderful volunteer and a very supportive presence in our home and community. She helped a lot at the day care center, working with the children and the team with kindness and care. She also generously bought many important items for the school and children, including learning materials and food. Tânia joined us at our Lutheran church, shared family life with us, and showed genuine love for the local culture and community. We are very grateful for her time with us.

My experience was beyond amazing, it was a lifetime one, and that's all because of my host the project and Heaven, so im so thankful because of them, unique people. Since the first day the project made everything to make us feel safe, happy and living all the best and real life of the project. The house is very comfortable and safe. Heaven is such an amazing cooker, and made the best and tradicional food for us. The experience at the Day center was so great, everyone made us feel so happy and welcomed, the kids are so nice and cute. I will never forget this time. For sure it was the best place to choose.

Mariana was an amazing volunteer and quickly became part of our family and community. She helped a lot at our day care center by supporting learning activities and sharing new skills with the children. She also generously supported the kids with learning materials, food, and eating equipment. Mariana joined us at our Lutheran church and connected warmly with the community. She is very kind, social, responsible, and full of positive energy. Hakuna Matata! Pole Pole!

The time the project, Evenlight, the director, the staff and the kids will be unforgettable for me. I not only have learned something about commitment and engagement for the people, I also learned something about the life of the tanzanian people and was treated like I was one of them. the project helped me wherever and whenever he could and made sure that his home was also mine. He showed me local markets and had an answer for every question I had. The engagement of Flora, the director, for the kids and teenagers at the school will always have a place in my heart. Asante sana! 🇹🇿🙏🏻

My experience the project was simply amazing! He's such a beautiful and genuine person — someone you can fully trust. From the very first moment, I felt safe and comfortable with him✨The experience at the school left me speechless, the kids are absolute angels ❤️so grateful for even the smallest gestures. The only bad thing about this experience is that it's over. I already miss the project, his family, the children, and the whole community so much🤍🤍🤍
