Dar Nomad is in a beautiful setting about a 30 mins walk out of the village. Our accommodation was good, but maybe not in the conditions showed in the pictures 😊. The work was easy, however we expected we would be working along with the host, instead of doing tasks by over selves. We shared the cooking so we learned how to cook delicious tagine 😀

I can't really put this experience in words, but I had for sure one of the greatest, chilliest, calmest weeks in my life. I also meet the purest souls there and got to learn so much about life in general. If you need a time out of life and get some new impressions of a different culture and a different life, come to this place. Bring a good book or just your thoughts and enjoy. I learned some darija, can cook tagine now and found out about the best biscuits ever. But to be honest the people made it the most special for me and will stay in my heart forever. Thanks a lot !

This experience with Hamza was truly one of a kind. He was super welcoming and hospitable, and I learned so much about Moroccan culture because of him. He was very communicative, and I was rarely not informed about what was happening next. I appreciate all he has done for me, and I look forward to coming back in the future. I highly recommend staying at Dar Nomad to anyone looking to experience an authentic Moroccan the hostel.

I had a good time during my 8-day stay at Dar Nomad. The experience gave me an authentic insight into the simple Moroccan way of life. I helped by making mud bricks, feeding animals, and assisting Fatima in the kitchen. The work was not too difficult and felt very self-motivated. The people were incredibly kind and always made an effort to make me feel welcome. However, it's important to note that costs for water, tuk-tuk rides, and excursions are extra. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and i recommend this project for everyone looking for a genuine cultural experience.

That was a great experience for my first volunteer! The hosts were respectful of working hours and days off, work wasn't difficult as everyone worked together and the food was healthy and delicious! Everything was very simple but very beautiful. A friendly atmosphere with a lots of happiness! I loved the most the visit to the desert, which is optional if you want to go and costs 100€, was great to learn about the hostel culture! It's good to know that you need to pay for your clean water and taxi. The bathroom and shower are old-fashioned haha so go prepared! Thanks to all it was amazing!
