One of the best parts of my Peru trip was volunteering at this hostel. The location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough to rest. The place is super clean, beds are comfy, and the food is next level. The job was mostly basic bar tasks like taking orders, making drinks, keeping the area clean, and handling stock. Hours were fair and the schedule was always clear. Huge thanks to Camilo, the bar manager, for being patient and teaching me so much. I leave with great memories, new skills, and a lot of gratitude.

This was such a heart warming experience I felt at home, the atmosphere is so beautiful as well as the people. They are extremely helpful and nice I already miss being there, the memories I gained will be forever in my soul. I recommend giving it a try you won't regret it. People are so friendly and awesome. They are humble and heart warming I already want to go back and give everyone a hug. Thank you so much.

The hostel has great structure, but I was disappointed with the organization. I had confirmed beforehand that I could combine my days off, but when I did (with approval), I felt judged for it. I worked with dedication, while others didn't take it seriously — and for them, nothing happened. One day, I was suddenly scheduled for a morning shift (my shifts were always at night) with no warning, and I got blamed for not showing up. That felt unfair.

The hostel it's the place if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful hostel. The work on the bar it's calm, actually sometimes too calm... it's not a party hostel, people usually go to the bar to eat and have some beers, and you help on cleaning and washing the dishes. I had to work somedays on breakfast because they didn't have volunteers available for that, but that was ok for me. I recommend the hostel.
