The Experience
Help with the development and stimulation of our beautiful children in Bali Baby Home. Speaking English to them, accompanying them on walks outside, creating activities, crafts, sensory play, roleplay, reading stories, bringing new fun ideas for the children and giving your love and positive energy.

First, I want to thank Lucy for allowong this volunteering experience with the kids to happen. This is not an easy volunteering experience as it demands to be truly present emotionally for them. This means that no phones should be allowed to use in their playtime. This should be respected by everyone (which doesn't happen in real life). Some people keep taking pictures and videos of them non-stop. Which doesn't allow that emotional presence to happen. And time is all we can offer as volunteers. Beside that, the kids are simply angels on earth. They should be protected and respected by all.

I really enjoyed my time volunteering at the host. The children are the absolute sweetest! Everyone working there and volunteering are very friendly and make you feel welcome as well. It feels like one big family. I will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved my stay with the host, it was an amazing experience and i had the best time ever. you actually feel like you're making and impact and build such an emotional connection with the babies. The worker are really friendly and tried to help us whenever we had questions. i would recommend it a lot, sometimes it's a little emotionally challenging as some of the kids have a sad story. but i would do again, instantly!
