It was our first volunteering experience and it was incredible. The staff was really nice with us and meeting other volunteers was wonderful. The city is small but has lots of interesting sites and other beautiful cities around and the hostel is a great place to stay. The only thing we weren't satisfied with is about dinner meals. In the application it says that we were given dinner but we finally only got dinner four days in the two weeks we stayed. That wasn't a big problem for us, but we think that it should be clarified somewhere.

I loved my time at the hostel, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The tasks were simple but not boring as it can be busy so the time went quickly. They give you breakfast and dinner and there are often enough leftovers for lunch as well. Weimar is a gorgeous city, it is quiet and safe and close to many other cities to explore, such as Erfurt, Leipzig and I was able to da day trip to Nuremberg easily. The manager was also kind enough to let me leave a shift early when I was able to get concert tickets in another city. I highly recommend this experience!!!

It was a great experience and I am very happy to have met all those extremely nice people. The working atmosphere was very good and fun as every member of the staff was very helpful and nice. Meeting other international volunteers was just another plus for the experience. The hostel is close to the Weimar city center and there is a bus stop right in front of the hostel. Weimar is a very beautiful city and there are quite a lot of things to do especially if you are interested in German culture and history. Visiting nearby cities - such as Erfurt, Jena, and even Leipzig - is also very easy.

My friend and I came back for a second time and it was just as wonderful as the first. The city the hostel both have a very homey feel. Nhung is very accommodating and always friendly. Neil and Mostafa gave us all the Germany travel tips we could possibly need and have turned into really great friends. Our time in Weimar wouldn't have been the same without them. Thank you again everyone !!

My friend and I had an even better time than expected at the hostel! Every single staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming, and went out of their way to talk to us / make sure we were comfortable. The work assigned to us was very simple and even fun. This is the perfect place to spend a few weeks if you are looking to explore a quiet, beautiful little city and learn some German. Thank you for a lovely two weeks :)

This was our first worldpackers experience, so staying there for 2 weeks was great for us as beginners. The team was really welcoming from the start and we felt comfortable right away. The tasks were manageable and the colleagues were always ready to help us out. We shared our room with other worldpackers which was convenient for forming connections easily. Weimar itself is a rather small but historically interesting city, but it was really easy to get to other bigger cities in the area. Overall we're really thankful for the experience and would recommend to any other worldpacker!

My experience at the hostel exceeded my expectations. The work was straightforward, and the hostel staff were fun and accommodating. Our schedules were always respected, and the accommodations were excellent. Weimar is a small city, so there isn't much to do, but it's only 15 minutes away from Erfurt or other larger cities if you want something more lively. We had breakfast every day and dinner on days when hostel guests purchased it. Most of the work involved helping in the hostel kitchen during breakfast, especially with cleaning. The experience was fantastic
