The Experience
We are the oldest hostel in Napoli. We were founded in 1999, and in 2013 some formers volunteers bought the hostel from the original owner. We now have three floors and 50 beds. We are looking for people to help at reception and light cleaning (no bathrooms). We have a few small private rooms with bunks for the staff with a/c. We ask for 4 days a week ( no overnight shifts). There is also a staff kitchen and we provide breakfast and lunch.

I'm really glad this was my first volunteer experience. I came into this with a lot of anxiety, but the people I met made me feel so much better! I think it's the perfect place for you to grow in. The work isn't stressful, and they're super flexible with your needs. Thank you to Gerry and Shah for helping me feel at home. The rest of the staff and volunteers were amazing as well. These were probably the best six weeks of my life, and I'd definitely come back! I didn't want to leave :( Naples is truly a magical city.

This was my first volunteering experience and I'm glad that I chose this hostel. I had the best time!🌸 The staff are super friendly (the owner can give you tips on anything) The location of the hostel is perfect for exploring Naples and the surrounding area The shift plan is very flexible with a lot of free time. The tasks were easy. I met so many nice people during my stay. I couldn't recommend this hostel enough. Thank you Gerry, Rachel and Shah 🫶

The hostel is a truly lovely hostel. The owners and staff are incredibly inviting, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. I felt very invited from the moment I arrived and was given an ample amount of help to learn all I needed to know to operate effectively at the hostel. There is truly a sense of community here that surpasses any other hostel I've stayed at previously. The hostel itself is so centrally located there was always something to do even on days you don't have much time. Would highly recommend to anyone 10/10
