I'm really glad this was my first volunteer experience. I came into this with a lot of anxiety, but the people I met made me feel so much better! I think it's the perfect place for you to grow in. The work isn't stressful, and they're super flexible with your needs. Thank you to Gerry and Shah for helping me feel at home. The rest of the staff and volunteers were amazing as well. These were probably the best six weeks of my life, and I'd definitely come back! I didn't want to leave :( Naples is truly a magical city.

This was my first volunteering experience and I'm glad that I chose this hostel. I had the best time!🌸 The staff are super friendly (the owner can give you tips on anything) The location of the hostel is perfect for exploring Naples and the surrounding area The shift plan is very flexible with a lot of free time. The tasks were easy. I met so many nice people during my stay. I couldn't recommend this hostel enough. Thank you Gerry, Rachel and Shah 🫶

The hostel is a truly lovely hostel. The owners and staff are incredibly inviting, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. I felt very invited from the moment I arrived and was given an ample amount of help to learn all I needed to know to operate effectively at the hostel. There is truly a sense of community here that surpasses any other hostel I've stayed at previously. The hostel itself is so centrally located there was always something to do even on days you don't have much time. Would highly recommend to anyone 10/10

The experience was amazing! All the hosts were very nice — Augustino and Shar were very welcoming and patient in teaching. It's a very good and pleasant environment for volunteering. I recommend this experience to everyone!

The best the hostel weeks of my life! The bosses Agostino, Rachel, and Shah are incredibly understanding and kind bosses. The work is great and you end up learning a lot! Napoli is a beautiful and charming place and you end up not wanting to leave. Couldn't recommend this experience enough.

My experience at the hostel was truly enriching and unforgettable. From the very first day, I was warmly welcomed, and everyone made an effort to make me feel like part of the “the hostel” family. Everyone was always willing to help, and the relaxed and fun atmosphere was a constant part of everyday life. I hold my time in Naples very close to my heart, and I'm so grateful to each and every volunteer, the manager, and the hostel owners for always being so amazing! I can't bring myself to say a final goodbye, only a “see you soon” 👋☺️
