This voluntary experience was a prime example for getting in touch with nature! I really enjoyed working on the farm with Josa-Luís and Claudia as well as the free time I had on my own on the property. Everybody, including Geralda and Rita, was caring, very helpful and patient for communicating with me, although my Portuguese is mediocre. It was also very pleasant I had the flexibility to divide my free time between the stunningly beautiful Diamantina and the farmhouse with breathtaking views. I stayed for two weeks and that was a perfect time to explore the region and doing beautiful hikes!

As anfitriãs me receberam muito bem. o sítioé linda e o hostel é bem localizado. A comida da Selma é uma delícia e ela é um doce de pessoa. Foi um grande aprendizado. Para a primeira vez no voluntariado posso dizer que valeu a pena. Aprendi muitas coisas com as anfitriãs Rita e Geralda, uns amores. Só tenho a agradecer pela experiência.

Para mim a experiência não foi agradável em nenhum quesito. Fiquei na unidade da cidade. Tive seríssimos problemas de saúde, precisei ficar internada e os médicos me mandaram repouso total. Por esse motivo que eu precisava de repouso, eu decidi sair do voluntariado.

O sítioé um lugar incrível e mesmo no hostel na cidade a vista é linda, principalmente no nascer do sol. Agradeço imensamente a Dona Geralda, Dona Rita, Dona Selma, Seu Zé, Claudia e Mateus que fizeram a nossa experiência ser memorável. Adorei o dia a dia nao sítio, cuidar dos animais e dos pets. Fora os passeios na cidade e conhecer um pouquinho mais da historia de Diamantina e do Brasil.
