The Experience

Somebody needs to be present at the reception to welcome guests, provide them with keys, and register them in the guestbook. Additionally, bedding may be changed, and rooms cleaned as needed. We already have someone who does detailed cleaning. What we mainly need is a person to sit at the reception and, a few times during the shift, clean the toilets, remove dirty bed linen, and make the beds.

Maja She is a great person, respectful, professional but also has a friendly relationship with the volunteers, she is always available to help you with any information, tasks are very simple, receiving guests and doing some cleaning, after the shift you have all the time to visit the city, I have never had any problems , ... also Darko is a fantastic person ...The rooms provided are really comfortable and are shared with the other volunteers... I really recommend it...

I stayed at the hostel for a month, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The host, Maja, is amazing—always kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful with everything. Darko, who works the night shift, is also fantastic and always ready to help. The volunteer tasks are fair and never overwhelming, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the city. I had a great time connecting with other volunteers and exploring together. Overall, I'm very grateful for my time here and would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone considering volunteering or staying in the city!
