We thank all members of the lodge Talim for the good hospitality. It was a beautiful experience in gardening, painting, cooking, planting, and cleaning the surroundings with the help of volunteers who were at the level and exchanging cultures and languages and getting to know each other. the lodge Talim was like my home and my family. I will not forget you. Thank you very much.

Working at the lodge was a wonderful experience. We were in contact with nature and the animals. Tan and Kim are extremely nice people who helped us discover a lot about Malaysia (sightseeing, restaurants, food, etc.) as well as Chinese culture. It's also very easy to meet people from all over the world at the lodge, as well as the locals. Thank you again for this experience.

Our experience in the lodge was very fulfilling in terms of work and company doing the work. We made a beautiful bond with the princess Sakura (the dog). We spent plenty of time with Toto and his family, Umun and Atan, Holili and Kaka (great cook). Tan was an amazing manager when communicating the tasks and appreciating our hard work. We learnt more about gardening and painting. In summary, it's been an incredible experience and they will be people who we'll always remember and come to visit in the future. Thanks for everything 💓🙏🏼.

This experience was amazing The highlight of our stay was working with Htoo Htoo (Toto) in the farm. The work for us was super laborious, but extremely fulfilling at the same time. We managed to stay fit, whilst eating like royalty thanks to Kaka. Meeting Toto and family was inspiring. 70% of the staff come from Myanmar, learning about their struggles was eye opening and so I would say if volunteering here, do your best to help as much as you can. They need the extra hands. Miss Tan was super friendly. Additionally, please take care of our baby, Sakura. (Dog) she needs care and attention.

Staying at the lodge was the best mix between peace, nature and local culture. My tasks were as easy as walking the dog, feed the rabbits, clean the house, paint some old furniture, etc. And Kim, although she is a very busy and active person, was always taking me to places to see and try the local culture. I loved my stay here, to the point that I extended 15 more days!

I felt welcomed from the team. Especially from Tan as at the beginning i was a little bit sick and Tan always help me out, bring me medicine and etc. the tasks are quite chill and sometimes you also get to help with the kitchen. I quite enjoyed my work here but I would recommend this opportunity more to couple, or groups because when i was there i was alone and the house that volunteers stay is in a different house so it can be lonely sometimes. But overall, this experience teaches me a lot

I had a very relaxing stay at the lodge Talim. All of the Team members are so kind and make you feel welcome. The work wasn't hard or much and if you needed a break it was respected. My main task was to take care of the dod, which was really fun! Kim and Tan introduced me well into Malasian/ Chinese culture, as we went out to eat some local food or I had the chance to participate in some Tai Chi classes. The farm is in a rural area, about 40 min away from KL. There were no troubles when I was volunteering and Iwould definitely come back!
