The Experience

This was our first Worldpackers experience and it has made us want to do many more! The site was beautiful and we learned a lot about sustainable living and living off the land. The place was very cosy and comfortable.

An amazing volunteer experience! I had my first Worldpackers experience here at the lodge and I loved it. João and Desiree's family is very welcoming and offers delicious meals. I was supposed to stay for 2 weeks but ended up staying an extra 7 days. The schedule is flexible, and the work is really interesting, I learned a lot. I barely spoke any Portuguese when I arrived but I made great progress!. Thank you to Samuel, Josie and Lucas for teaching me so many Portuguese words and expressions and for their warm hospitality. It would be a pleasure to come back someday.

As atividades estavam dentro do combinado.
