we are a small chocolate maker located in the unesco heritage site "Ibla" also we have a guesthouse with 4 rooms where we offer Breakfast. We are in need of a helping hand at our guesthouse, store and chocolate factory. Do you speak some italian and do you have a hands on approach in life? Then apply and we look forward meeting you.

My time at the guest house was great, Enrico and his father were very kind and welcoming. The apartment were I stayed was also very spacious and comfortable. The only thing that I had some trouble with, was the time of the year that I chose to go, because as the guest house is a very little town, there wasn't many tourists or things to do so sometimes I got a little bored. Besides that, I learned a lot from Enrico and chocolate history and making, and I'm grateful for his help during my time there.

Thanks to Enrico and his wonderful family, this experience was so much more than I imagined! It was always a pleasure to work with Enrico, he is such good company, is always clear in his communication, flexible to accommodate my needs and plans and very constructive with his feedback to help me improve. Work and hours were always as agreed. I immediately felt like a part of their lovely family, and by the end it was really hard to leave (the surroundings are also absolutely gorgeous). Making chocolate with Enrico and his father is a memory which I will always cherish! Grazie per tutto! ❤️

My experience was incredible, I really enjoyed my time there, we had a change in work days, but everything was always discussed before and Enrico was always willing to listen to what was best for us, balancing it with what was necessary for the business. The business is located in the guest house Ibla, which is a very small city, but extremely pleasant to live in, I stayed in an apartment that is 2 minutes walk from the store and it was fantastic.
