The Experience

Vaga para pintura, reparos simples, limpeza e acabamento na segunda unidade da Casa Lumen, que está a apenas 300 metros de distância da principal. O trabalho poderá ser realizado de manhã (8 às 13) ou de tarde (13 às 18), conforme combinado entre as partes. O café da manhã pode ser preparado por você mesmo (os itens estarão disponíveis), mas haverá outro voluntário para ajudar com o preparo do almoço.

I had a wonderful time in the hostel - it wasn't too much work because it is a small hostel and everyone was very friendly and open. The feeling was very cozy and it was very easy to get to know the host and other volunteers well and spend time together. I already miss them !!

O hostel tem sido um local de tranquilidade enquanto aproveito Brasília, os gatos sem dúvida fazem o charme da casa, a localização é ótima e tem esporte/lazer/mercado/transporte público/etc tudo do básico bem acessível e as tarefas do dia a dia são bem flexíveis. Excelente indicação pra quem vai fazer o primeiro voluntariado!

Mais uma vez pude fazer voluntariado no hostel, e a experiência foi incrível! Os horários foram sempre respeitados, as tarefas são tranquilas de realizar basta ter atenção aos detalhes e a recepção do Felipe, como sempre, impecável. O hostel é muito confortável, o que transforma completamente a experiência. Sempre que possível, vou retornar. Recomendo muito a todos os viajantes que buscam uma experiência acolhedora, com aquele sentimento de estar em casa.
