The Experience

Volunteers are free to choose the tasks and positions they would like to take and learn. Among the tasks we hope they can assist us with are the preparation and feeding of sheep, quails, rabbits, and chickens, carpentry work such as crafting doors and windows, as well as maintenance work on spaces including painting, cleaning, and gardening.

The family is warm hearted and very generous, they truely want you to feel good at their home. They are flexable, and want everything to work out for everyone. The work is not hard, we took care of the farm and we built the house in general. I would recommend this expiernce to people who know spanish, because the english level is low and its hard to communicate. I feel like I missed a lot, and i could learn and expierence more if i knew more spanish, but, I am very greatful for the expierence. Thank you Gema, Alma, Albert and Luc!

Una experiencia realmente inolvidable, el lugar es muy hermoso, la vista y los atardeceres que se ven desde ahí son increíbles. Los anfitriones nos hicieron sentir como en casa todo el tiempo, muy amables y generosos, estamos muy agradecidas y contentas. Las tareas fueron sencillas y aprendimos muchas cosas nuevas. Luz y Alberto son dos personas muy amigables y flexibles. Están siempre abiertos a conversar sobre las diferentes culturas. Luz se encarga de que te sientas cómodo en todo momento, es como una mamá más! El trabajo es flexible y tienes la libertad de elegir que hacer. La casa está un poco aislada pero pasa un bus para transportarte y ellos están siempre dispuestos a darte ride cuándo tienen que ir a la ciudad. Aprendí mucho sobre sustentabilidad y cómo todo se puede reutilizar.
