Me and my friend had an amazing stay at the Rachel and Phil's farm. Both of them are very welcoming and friendly. The working hours and tasks were respected and the experience itself was very informative and educational, we learnt a lot about permaculture and organic farming. Eyragues is a beautifull small village surrounded by a lot of interesting places, so there is much to explore at the afternoons! I would totally recommend this experience for people who love to be surrounded by nature and so many cute animals, I already miss the atmosphere.

I had a good time during my stay in the project farm sharing my experience with other two volunteers. The hours of work in the farm were respected and volunteers learnt a lot as they were explained their corresponding task. Rachel and Phil cooked fresh and healthy food so the meals were delicious (sometimes I missed some more protein though). The town is little but there are plenty of lovely sites to visit in the surroundings (take some cash with you for the bus). I would recommend this option to couples and pairs of friends willing to learn about farming and harvesting. Thank you!

I highly recommend the Fig Farm for any and every volunteer! Rachel and Philip are two of the hardest-working people and the passion for their project is reflected in every aspect of the farm. From watering the garden to weeding, you are given the opportunity to connect with the environment and understand how important organic farming is on the flavor of the food you eat. Not only is the work very rewarding, but you get to do it with the best views, food, and company (people and animals). There are also cute little towns nearby that are easily accessible, don't miss out on this experience!

My friend and I had a wonderful time working on this farm. It was a wonderful escape from city living and a very educational experience- I learned a lot about how vegetables are grown and the importance of sustainable farming. I had gotten sick during a portion of the stay, and Rachel & Phillip were very understanding and flexible. Thank you for such a wonderful stay - I miss all of the animals and even the chirping cicadas :)

I had an amazing experience at the project, Rachel and Phil are kind and respectful hosts and made me feel at home from the very first moment. Their permaculture project is really interesting and you can learn lots of things by them, i also got on very well with the other volunteers. In addition, there are many places to visit in your free time and most of them are not difficult to reach. I absolutely recommend this volunteering experience!
