I have spent around 2 weeks the eco village and had a good time with the other volunteer and the residents. During the second week we unfortunately had some rain, so the only work we did was cleaning the house and going to the olives once. the eco village is a lovely town and the people are very friendly. It is a great place if you enjoy hiking and spending time outside.

Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay here the eco village. The work is interesting and you have a lot of freetime to do whatever you want. Francesco is also a really nice man. Thank you for having us!

My time the eco village was wonderful, I had a great time working, meeting other volunteers and exploring the town. The area is quiet with a few shops/ bars and is a great place to unwind and take a break form a busy life. There is a lot of free time to spend exploring, visiting nearby towns and interacting with the other volunteers. Francesco was a great host, very patient and helpful. The work could sometimes be demanding but not difficult and Francesco explains everything very well. I really enjoyed my time there and would recommend to others.

Had an incredible time the eco village working here, the work with Fransesco is unexpected and spontaneous so every day the tasks varied which was a lot of fun and Fransesco is very open minded to new ideas. He's got a good sense of humour but also takes things seriously. The town itself is beautiful and you'll find yourself with a lot of free time so plenty of time to wander the town and climb the mountains. There's also 2-3 other volunteers at all times so there is always got someone to hang out with. This is place is great for anyone who wants to settle down for a while.

I had a great week the eco village, the town is beautiful and full of nice little suprises. It's a perfect place to slow down, get close to nature, meet other volunteers. Francesco is nice and has a good sense of humour, he even took us to a carnival one day. The work in the olive fields can be phisically demanding, but it's not complicated and Francesco teaches you how to do it best. I think it's a unique experience, I'm really happy that I could be a part of it.

For me, this experience was incredible! My first volunteering and I really enjoyed it! The city is beautiful, although far from tourist attractions, but you have a lot of free time that you can use to study languages, read, watch series, connect with other volunteers and learn new things. I had never done any type of work in the field and I was able to learn quickly, it's not difficult! Francesco, thank you for this opportunity, I was very welcomed and the people I met here, I will take with me! Hugs and much success on this journey!

Good experience! Francesco was a good host, the work was not light, but it was manageable. The town is great for a short stay, because there is not that much to do, but I had a lot of fun and it was a great first worldpackers experience.

Accommodation was good for those who were staying in the apartment on the 2nd floor. One on the 1st floor still needs improvement. Work was different than in description, we were only picking up olives in hosts's garden. Host was informing us evening before when we would start working next day. Sometimes it was 3h, sometimes 4 or 6h a day, but in the end we didn't have to work more than total hours we dedicated to for our stay. Ride to work was not included in the work time, one-way trip was taking from 30min up to 1h. Host said that he leaves 1star review to volunteers who shorten their stay

The eco village is a trully wonderfull village, I really had a great time meeting other travelers. The tasks we performed were completely different from what was mentioned in the post; instead of renovating old houses, we ended up working in an olive field... However, it was still a valuable learning experience.

The eco village is a beautiful village, though 10 days is plenty of time to explore since there's not much to do. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and meeting other volunteers. The work was a bit tough but went by quickly. We renovated a room, scraping and painting, though we weren't given any protective gear like gloves or masks, and Francesco didn't mention bringing our own. He was quite strict during the tasks, which made things feel tense at times. Additionally, he pressured me to write a good review, and I noticed he did the same with other volunteers, which didn't feel right.

Viktorija is a good girl but unfortunately not very honest. She was influenced by another volunteer present at the same time so, even though she said she had a good time and would leave a positive feedback, in the end she lied and left a negative feedback that I will contest with the worldpackers staff. I was very patient with her when she made up an excuse to follow her friend and interrupt her volunteering period earlier than expected. Not very honest and a liar.
