The Experience

Join our team of volunteers and immerse yourself in a vibrant community! We need help with meal preparation, pot washing, dishwashing and other tasks. Enjoy comfortable accommodation and 3 meals a day. Benefit from free access to meditations and evening classes (in French), with English meditations twice a week. Plus, enjoy free laundry services. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute, learn, and thrive in a supportive environment!

I was so well fed and nurtured. the Center sessions were really helpful and everyone was so nice and kind. The monks were wise and truly felt like I was in peace ☮️.Would definitely recommend going during Christmas time . It was so festive and fun .

This is my first volunteer, I met many friends all over the world! The place is a bit far from city, but it's still possible to go to the nearest city(le mont). Workload is good, food is good. It was during special retreat period, so I didn't have much the Center, hope to have more tho. The pick up time wan't smooth, please make sure to align. Otherwise, I'm really grateful to have such an amazing opportunity!

I had a wonderful experience at the the Center. The staff and all the people around are incredibly kind and welcoming. The tasks are simple and easy to manage, and the benefits you get in return are honestly some of the best you could ask for. It is also a great place to meet other international travelers. If you are curious about the Center or simply looking for a break during your travels, I highly recommend staying here, the atmosphere is truly peaceful and calming. I left feeling refreshed and grateful por the experience and the people I've met ;)

I really enjoyed my time at KMC the Center! Everyone was so welcoming and kind. It's an inclusive environment full of respect and consideration. It's a great place to meet other international volunteers and I'm really thankful for having met so many amazing people! The area is remote and peaceful and is perfect if you enjoy nature and small villages. The work was well organised and explained and there was always help to get if you had any questions. Thank you so much for two great weeks. I definitely recommend!!

I had an amazing time at the Center! I immediately felt welcomed when I arrived and even though I haven't spend that much time there, I still met many great people and founded new friendships! Everyone there is really nice and will always try to help and support you if needed. Plus the place is incredibly beautiful and the surroundings are great to see some nature. Thank you for the stay! I wish you all the best and hope there is gonna be a next time! :) ☺️
