The Experience
We are a beach hostel looking for some help. We need you for: - Infrastructure repairs such as masonry and plumbing - Help with pool maintenance - Minor repairs We provide a respectful and friendly work environment. Questions are always welcome and we hope that you will be able to develop new skills during your time here.

Staying at the hostel with Pablo as a host was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome and at home. He goes out of his way to create a warm, friendly atmosphere and always checks in to make sure everyone is comfortable. The hostel itself is beautiful, relaxing, and has the perfect vibe for connecting with other travelers. Pablo's kindness and energy really make the place special.

Flor & Pablo are truly exceptional hosts! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home with their warmth and kindness. The work was very easy, well-organized, and never overwhelming, which left plenty of time to enjoy the incredible vibe of the hostel. The space itself is beautiful, welcoming, and creates the perfect atmosphere to connect with other travelers. This has been one of my best volunteer experiences in Ecuador, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and enriching stay!
