The experience

We are a beach hostel looking for some help.
We need you for:
- Infrastructure repairs such as masonry and plumbing
- Help with pool maintenance
- Minor repairs
We provide a respectful and friendly work environment.
Questions are always welcome and we hope that you will be able to develop new skills during your time here.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

1 day off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Requirements

Fluent English or Beginner Spanish

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Ecuador

- We reserve the right of admission
- The entry of people who are not staying at the hostel is prohibited
- Pool schedule: 08:00 to 20:00
- Drinks are not included in the meal plan
- Volunteers are subject to the policies and rules of the hostel
