This is truly one of the nicest experiences for people who just want to get in touch with nature and find inner peace, while also doing hands on work. Hegje and her family were so warm and welcoming, I will surely come again. So don't hesitate and apply!

Volunteering for the farm was such a great experience . I felt so in touch with nature , and learned a lot about Norwegian culture and life. Hege is such an interesting person who is kind and communicative. She feels more like a friend and I really admire the trust she has in the volunteers. The volunteer house is cosy and comfortable , and you meet like-minded people . The work is so rewarding and I loved working as a collaborative team. Overall it is an experience which I would recommend to anybody :) (I will miss the adventures with Jon !)

This was my first ever volunteering experience with Worldpackers and it couldn't have been more perfect! Hege and her family are such kind people who have a lot of respect for the people and nature around them. Work on the farm is diverse and fun, especially the animal care, and you get a lot of flexibility with your working hours. I felt privileged being able to live and work in such beautiful surroundings! Overall this was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend Hege's farm to all volunteers looking for a place to connect with nature :)

Such an amazing experience!! 🥰 I loved staying at the farm and helping Hege and her Family. It is truly a place to connect with nature and get hands on on animal care and building projects. It really couldn't have been any better!

My stay at the farm was beyond incredible! The place is located in the middle of Fjords and the views are breathtaking. Hege was very flexible with the tasks as well as days off, she is very understanding and super easy to communicate with. Main tasks in winter time is taking care of the animals, helping with the reconstruction, cutting branches and cleaning the wool. All the other volunteers I met during my time were also really nice people and I hope to meet them again somewhere in the world! I'm happy I'll have a chance to be back in summer and experience this place at a different time :)

The farm is truly a little paradise! It's a unique experience and something that I will remember for ever. Hege and her family are such generous, kind, open minded people. They welcome you and they couldn't make this out of comfort experience more smoothly and comfortable, they are always there if you need them. This brought me so much at so many levels and it couldn't have happened without them so thank you for everything. I could not recommend this enough. the farm is a little heaven

I had a lovely time on the farm! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, the animals were adorable and a pleasure to work with, and the volunteer house is warm, cozy and has everything you could ever need. Hege is a kind, understanding and friendly host and her communication is great. The work hours were flexible, and the work was super fun. I would recommend a stay on the farm to anyone and hope to return one day. I can't wait to tell my gradkids about the time I took care of alpacas in Norway one day ;) Thanks for everything!

I can only say thank you for this incredible experience! When you volunteer at the farm you get the chance to live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. In addition to that you get to work with the cutest Alpacas and do tasks, that you feel comfortable with, and enjoy. The communication was also great at all times :) The hosts, and especially Hege, are making you feel very comfortable and welcomed, and in the end there was also something inspiring about my stay. What they have done with the place and the dreams, which they still have, simply make you want to dream as well!

Best decision EVER! I absolutely loved my stay at the farm and i would definitely recommend it for everyone who has not applied yet! Ioved to take care and walk with the Alpakas (especially with young Evans and Rambo) The Nature was stunning even though i life in the middle of nowhere myself nothing compares to this place! I'll come back in the Summer months :) Thanks to everyone i met for this experience ❤️
