Ciao! Are you looking for a mostly outdoor experience on a small organic farm? Come help us grow our small-scale sustainable agriculture & tourism project — working on the land, building, painting, and other hands-on tasks. We’re looking for hard-working, honest, and flexible volunteers who enjoy practical work and don’t mind being outdoors in all conditions. In return, you’ll live with us in the quiet Italian countryside.

The home BABY Omg just 600 characters to write! Amazing. My time here was so nice: the work I got to do (always diferent tasks, entertaining, fair) and the amazing meals that Tom cooked, from all over the world. Annemarie and him have travelled before settling down, and u can tell from the first conversation, how open minded they are. They are welcoming, always offer a drink or a coffee, and even a lift when possible! the home they built is exceptional, and I was in time for the opening party uhuu! Kids are lovely, educated and playfull. I'll miss the family, hope to see u again! Success!

My experience at Annemarie and Tom's place was amazing! It was my first volunteer job and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They are such a lovely family and welcoming people. Their house was very comfortable and nice for staying. The tasks were manageable and diverse, I felt helpful and needed which was important to me. Annemarie and Tom were thoughtful and caring and Tom's food is incredibly delicious 😋 I really enjoyed my time in potenza picena.

I had a very good time staying with Tom, Annemarie, and their lovely kids <3 I believe that a learned from them a very special life lesson that was about communication, we had a misunderstanding and they handled it so nicely, so open to talk and really taught me a lesson about communication! Simply put, it is a multi-layered immersion. Tom and his family are incredibly friendly, their home is stunningly beautiful and they are very interesting people. The time I spent there was important for my personal growth. It is also a very comfortable place and the food is worthy of a 5-star restaurant. Tom loves to cook and you really feel loved by his food. I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it. Potenza Picena is a beautiful city and time in the countryside is good for the soul.

The home is a family. They live in the most sustainable way possible. You will learn from Annamarie perfectionism, decoration and care for her beautiful garden. Tom will teach you how to repair everything! He will be happy for you to learn how to use and care for his machines. They will also cook exquisite dishes from all over the world. Sam and Timo love to socialize, and will always wait for you with a smile. It is necessary that you respect the spaces, the privacy and the ways of coexistence: this way you will have an excellent experience😁
