This was such a fun environment to be in! I would definitely recommend coming here. I loved the people there, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel - with full access to the pool too! The volunteers have a car that they can use to drive to the beach and go shopping, and we can use their surfboards too! The cleaning staff are so lovely and happy to help. You work hard here but it is so satisfying. There is a big mould problem however that was not dealt with very urgently but other than that it fostered such a fun, warm and exciting experience that I am so grateful for.

I've really enjoyed staying at the hotel, I even ended up extending my stay because I didn't want to leave. The work is fair and Belen and Barbara are super nice and explain things well. I love Bolinhas and Tofu, and Ferrari (volunteers car) that somehow managed to run my whole stay. I'll always remember nights at Hugo's and Destination, beach days and watching sunsets together. Here you become really close with the other volunteers fast and feel like a big family. I will miss this place a lot and I'm pretty sure I'll be back someday! Pro tip: bring a speaker with you

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. It's located in one of the prettiest regions in Portugal. You can do lots of fun activities like hiking, surfing and going for a swim, either in the ocean or in the nice pool. The work wasn't too difficult and I quite enjoyed it. Also, the team working there is amazing. The one thing I did not like was the living arrangements. The bathrooms don't have locks, there is mold everywhere and as the volunteers are responsible, it was quite messy and dirty sometimes. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay because of the amazing other volunteers I met :)

First, Thank you for everything. It was a very nice Experience. Sweet dog and cat und the people are very kind and Open minded. Now I have a few things that could be better, just Little Tipps. Please do locks on the Toilet doors and maybe better wifi. Also I would love If someone would us Explain a Little Bit more at the arrival. Mostly Everything we Had to learn by ourselfes or from the volunteers that are already there. Like House Rules or things for the car.. maybe a pdf for tips and food Spots and good beaches and Everything would be nice. But how you See that are just Little things,Thx❤️

I enjoyed my time here overall, especially thanks to the amazing volunteers I met and the chance to surf on days off/after our shift. The work hours were fair, but the experience could be more organised. The location is very remote and we only had one car to share, so getting around wasn't always easy. The volunteer area could be improved with better cleanliness, bathroom locks, and more storage space. The surf equipment was quite worn, too. With clearer guidance and some updates, this could be a fantastic volunteering opportunity. Loved spending time with Bolinhas and Tofu though <3

I had a nice time at the hotel. The work was very easy and the hours were always respected. Everybody was very friendly and there are different things you can do around like going to the beach, hiking, etc. Just notice beforehand that the area is very remote and that the accommodation for the volunteers is more like a hostel (I dont think there are any pictures in the profile). If you are looking for a chill stay near the coast, I would definitely recommend going :)

I really liked the time here! You have a car to go to beaches. The Area for the volunteers needs a renovation but is also okay. If you are an active person that likes to do activities it's perfect. Work is from 10:30 to 14:30 for cleaning and 8:00-12:00 for breakfast shift.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant thanks to the wonderful people I met and the beautiful surroundings. However, my expectations about the work and accommodation were different. The hours are respected, but at times I felt judged for the work I provided. The volunteer area felt neglected, and I believe the balance between what is expected from volunteers and what is offered in return could be improved, especially regarding the kitchen utensils and breakfasts.

This was my first volunteering experience. The volunteer coordinators, Belén and Barbara, are always there to help and guide you during the duties required during your stay at the hotel. The volunteers I meet will be lifelong friends, and the adventures we went on will be cherished memories for years to come. The negatives were that there was no car, black mold in every room in the house, and no air conditioning. Numerous amounts of mosquitoes throughout the house. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to meet amazing volunteers. I would not recommend based on unsanitary living conditions.

This was my first volunteering and I really enjoyed my time there! The working hours were okay and we had a lot of free time. The staff was also super nice and flexible. The environment was very calm so there wasn't so much to do but I really loved the beaches nearby. However, I think that the volunteer area needs some maintenance and a deep cleaning to be more comfortable to live in. Otherwise everything was fine and I would definitely recommend this place!!
