I had such a great time in the hotel. It was my first volunteer experience, and I loved it! The tasks weren't too complicated, but the cleaning more intense than I expected, hahahaha (since it's a hotel, cleaning is more demanding, but it was still easy). The volunteer space was a bit basic, but it worked. I met wonderful people, as well as incredible beaches and sunsets. I highly recommend it for your first volunteer experience.

Aljezur will always hold a special place in my heart. The work was easy and well explained by Barbara and Belén – they are the best! You can always reach out to them if you need anything or just tips about the area. There's also a car for the volunteers, which is really cool. And then there's Bolinhas, a super cute dog , you'll have so much fun with him. I had such a great time volunteering at the hostel and met so many amazing people. :) Thank you for this wonderful experience!

I loved my stay at the hotel! I met so many amazing people and got to explore the beaches nearby, so it's perfect for you if you love nature. The work is mostly housekeeping, but not too hard and working hours are always respected. The living conditions are really simple and a little old, but there's everything you need, plus the volunteers have their own car and there's a really cute dog and cat :)

The hotel was my home during the whole summer, and I couldn't be more grateful. The team was amazing, and the work time is completely fair taking into account all that you get in exchange: car with gas included, surfboards, food... Also, everything that you need to do is explained by Barbara and Belén, who makes it really clear and easy :) The atmosphere is always nice and the places around are just breathtaking. Also, if you like animals, you will love having bolinhas around, he's the cutest dog. Maybe the only thing I would change is extending the minimum stay of volunteers for longer.

If you like the sea, nature, surfing, and relax, this is the right place! The shifts weren't tiring, and most importantly, they were always on time, and Belen and Barbara explained everything you needed to do! the hotel is an oasis of tranquility where you can relax by the pool whenever you want. There's a car available, very old but at least it works :), otherwise, the main beach, Arrifana, is a 30-minute walk from the hotel. I'm grateful for this opportunity and for the people I met here.

I spent 3 weeks at the hotel, and as my first volunteering experience I really loved it. The work hours were well respected, and also you can listen to music while working so it's totally fine. I met with a bunch of amazing people during my stay and spent the afternoons with them exploring the beaches, go on hikes or just chilling at the pool area. Thank you the hotel team for this experience:)

I have spent 10 days at the hotel and it was quite the experience! the work was a bit demanding but aside from that we had a lot of flexibility in the afternoon with tons of things to do. If you like surfing, hiking, nature and the beach I highly recommend volunteering at the hotel. Thanks to the entire team for this experience :)

I spent 3 weeks at the hotel and it was an amazing experience! The work was around 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, sometimes a bit demanding, but overall well-balanced and with plenty of free time in the afternoons. There's so much to do here: surfing, hiking, enjoying nature, or simply relaxing on the beach. The days were filled with sunsets, live music, bar nights, and great moments with other volunteers and travelers. I met so many amazing people. The hotel itself is also a great place to stay: there's a big pool, perfect for the hot days, and even a small gym for a quick workout. Tofu <3.

I had a great time!<3 I loved the other volunteers, Bolinhas (the dog), Tofu (the cat), the pool and Ferrari (the car). We also got yoghurt, Müsli, bread and cheese for breakfast and a snack in between. The working hours were totally fine and the work itself easy, so in the afternoon we could always go to the beaches, for hikes or too see Lagos or Sagres. In the evening we could go out to some nice live music in the pastry hostel nearby. It is the perfect place if you want to meet new people and enjoy the beach and sun with a very relaxed atmosphere and surfer vibe (even if you don't surf;)).
