It was my first Worldpackers experience and I could not have asked for a better and more welcoming people to work with. Everyone of the workers makes you feel appreciated. Volunteers can use a car which is a big bonus if you want to go surfing to the beach nearby. Work consists of cleaning the rooms or maintenance work if there are not so many people in the hotel. Work is not hard and the girls who I worked with were always in a good mood and explained everything. Everyone in the hotel is super friendly and nice. I would recommend the hotel to everyone :))

My first volunteer experience was excellent. The hotel team is amazing, thank you very much to Barbara and Belen for their good vibes and willingness, and to Joao for giving us the opportunity to apply in this place. What we agreed is respected. I can only say thank you, and the most important thing is that I take great friends with me <3.

I am grateful to everyone in the hotel, a real utopic paradise!, everyone was welcoming and supportive, the surroundings are simply breathtaking (literally!! Expect to walk a lot and getting used to it, which is the best part). Working closely with Barbara and Belen was motivating, since they two are real hard workers and will always be patient with you! It was my first experience ever and it felt so rewarding. I would suggest the hotel to every brave soul, even though I wouldn't recommend it as a first experience. Helena and Pamela are super sweet! Thanks the hotel💕💕 TRAVEL SAFE💕💕 and chin up!

My staying at the hotel was amazing. The work was super easy, the team is great. Barbara and Belen will always stay in my heart, along with all the beautiful people that I met during my stay. This experience was unforgettable and I recommend it to everyone that wants to meet people and create memories with them. Hope I can meet everyone again one day!

I would definitely recommend this experience, especially if you enjoy the beach and a chill time. The work schedules are respected, the staff is very kind, and I had the chance to meet amazing people. Lagos is just over an hour from Aljezur and I highly recommend visiting it on your days off. The sunset in Arrifana is one of the most stunning I've ever seen, especially from Ti Raul café. Thanks to everyone I met at the hotel for making it such an awesome experience 💕 Vou sentir saudade!

This was my first volunteering experience. The volunteer coordinators, Belén and Barbara, are always there to help and guide you during the duties required during your stay at the hotel. The volunteers I meet will be lifelong friends, and the adventures we went on will be cherished memories for years to come. The negatives were that there was no car, black mold in every room in the house, and no air conditioning. Numerous amounts of mosquitoes throughout the house. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to meet amazing volunteers. I would not recommend based on unsanitary living conditions.

This was my first volunteering and I really enjoyed my time there! The working hours were okay and we had a lot of free time. The staff was also super nice and flexible. The environment was very calm so there wasn't so much to do but I really loved the beaches nearby. However, I think that the volunteer area needs some maintenance and a deep cleaning to be more comfortable to live in. Otherwise everything was fine and I would definitely recommend this place!!

Overall my expirience at the hotel was good. The Team, staff and volunteers, were great people and you are able to form genuine connections here. Work is easy with four hours a day and very managable tasks, except for having to spray bleach on mold (which isn't a frequent task, I only had to do it once and some volunteers don't have to do that at all). Personnaly I think this isn't a task for volunteers, it should be done by a proffessional. Definitly bring work clothes that can get dirty and bleached! The volunteer space is neglected and many things are broken, especially the car.

The hotel is an amazing place to explore the coast, I had a lot of fun during my stay. Barbara and Belen are super nice and sweet, miss you so much. Volunteers can use a car, which is very helpful as the distances were not always walkable, the house is cozy, there is a small gym and a pool, in general I loved every single day I spent there. However I will list things that you should take in consideration: only 1 shower works for breakfast you get just bread cheese ham and yogurt (not always) feed Tofu (cat), because apparently noone tells you about that I would definitely come back:)
